Our Philosophy

Here at BARSQ, we have a strict code of practice when dealing with our clients.

• We aim to provide the Customer with all of the information and advice they may need to help them to start their project, in easily understood language.
• We understand that not all Customers want to hear all of the technical jargon, that can be somewhat confusing when developing a website or starting a project. We will therefore carefully discuss production of your project accordingly to detail.
• Whilst we endeavour to build a website or project to the Customers liking first time, we know that it may take several attempts to achieve the required appearance. This is part of the service that we offer; it's not an inconvenience.
• We don't believe in charging annual maintenance fees for our websites. Once a website has been built and finalised, we will only charge a standard hourly rate to update or change it.
• All fees will be discussed and agreed (as far as possible) prior to work commencing.
• We firmly believe that honesty is the best policy. If we have any problems that may affect an agreed deadline, we will tell you as soon as possible.
• We aim to provide a full web, graphics and desk top publishing service to all our customers in a timely and affordable manner, no matter how small or how large the project.
• We believe in rewarding clients that successfully introduce new clients to BARSQ. This will generally take the form of discounted work.
